CONTRACTS AND INTERFACE
The Project Implementation and Contract (PIC) department is responsible for managing the different contractual obligation, as set out in the Power and/or agreement, for each Project throughout the term of the contract.
In addition, the department serves as a liaison between the Project Companies and other relevant entities,
such as Nama Water Services (NWS), Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MEM), Environment Authority (EA), Nama Dhofar Services (NDS), Oman Electricity Transmission Co. (OETC).
