Project Implementation

Project Implementation:

The Project Implementation Department is responsible for managing the Power (and Water) Purchase Agreements or Water Purchase Agreements during the construction phase of the project.  This includes the monitoring of construction to ensure that projects meet the technical requirements set out in the respective agreements, reviewing progress of the project milestones against the scheduled dates, and witnessing of tests as required.  Once the plants have been constructed, commissioned and tested as set out in the agreements, they enter into commercial operation.
