The Board of Directors of OPWP is comprised of three (3) non-executive members appointed by Electricity Holding and all of whom represent the shareholder of OPWP, the Electricity Holding Company.
The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the general policies of the company, supervising the execution of its activities, approving its budget and appointing its executive management.
The committee is comprised of two (2) members of the Board of Directors. The duties and responsibilities of this committee includes observing and studying all aspects related to the appointment of external and internal auditors, the financial statement, the company’s audit plan and the audit findings resulting thereof as well as reviewing the enterprise risk matrix of OPWP.
The committee is comprised of three (3) members of the Board of Directors and two (2) members of the executive management of the company. The duties and responsibilities for this committee include exercising and discharging, on behalf of the Board and OPWP, the requirements of the Omani Tender Law in line with the Company’s Financial Delegation of Authority Manual
